The Queen of Talk makes a surprise appearance on Friday’s edition of The Ellen DeGeneres Show and extends a special invitation to Ellen….

Appearing via satellite from her office in Chicago, Oprah Winfrey grants Ellen’s greatest wishes: “I am calling to officially invite you on the cover [of O magazine].”

After hearing Ellen’s numerous pleas, including one on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last week, Oprah said she’s decided that having Ellen on the cover is “a fantastic idea,” adding, “I was only sorry that I did not think of it myself. So I am calling to officially invite you on the cover of O.”

“I can’t believe you’re serious about this. I’m freaking out right now!” Ellen screams.

“We will coordinate our outfits so we don’t clash,” O playfully cautioned. “Maybe I’ll wear pants too.”
