Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi are planning to have a baby of their own with the help of in-vitro fertilization.

The couple are said to be undergoing IVF treatment in a bid to have a biological child together, Star Magazine reports.

“They would love a boy. But would truly be happy with any healthy baby,” a tabloid insider has revealed. “[De Rossi] is prepared to go through [IVF] ten times if she has to. Whatever it takes to get pregnant, she’ll do it.”

The source adds, “Ellen and Portia are mad about each other and having a child together will only strengthen their bond.”

Maybe they should try the octuplets’ fertility specialist. He seems to have an outstanding success rate.

The Emmy-winning talk show host and Portia, star of television’s Arrested Development, wed in a lavish wedding ceremony in Los Angeles last summer.
