Katy, who arrived at the Staples Center in a skin-tight mint green dress, told Ryan Seacrest that her look was inspired by Priscilla Presley, the daughter of Elvis Presley. Although Ryan didn’t gawk at Katy’s assets…he joked with E! co-host Giuliana Rancic, “at my height….you learn how to not stare!”
