Elizabeth Smart gave testimony today

Elizabeth Smart took the stand today and testified that she was raped daily. She also described her abductor as “evil”.

The testimony was for a competency hearing, to see if alleged abductor Brian David Mitchell is competent to stand trial. Here is video of Elizabeth Smart’s testimony:
