Elisabeth Hasselbeck Leaving “The View” Rumors Debunked

ABC and a rep for Elisabeth Hasselbeck say there is no truth to a National Enquirer scoop claiming the big-mouthed nitwit is leaving her post at The View.

“While Elisabeth has a great relationship with Fox News, there is absolutely no truth to the rumor that she is leaving ‘The View,’” her rep said. “Elisabeth is passionate in her beliefs and enjoys being a part of this dynamic group of women and engaging in daily conversations.”

ABC expressed a similar sentiment in its a public statement released on Thursday: “Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie, executive producers of The View, consider Elisabeth to be vital to the program.”
