Elisabeth Hasselbeck Leaving “The View” For FOX News Anchor Seat
The good news is Elisabeth Hasselbeck may be leaving The View. Unfortunately, the conservative psycho isn’t leaving the country. After years of tense battles with her left-wing View co-hosts Elisabeth is eyeing greener pastures at FOX News.
Hasselbitch has been offered an anchor spot at the Republican-lovin’ news network and the feisty mother-of-two is seriously considering accepting the challenge.
“Elisabeth feels she can’t win at The View, but she’s been told by friends at FOX News that they’d find a spot for her without hesitation.”
“Elisabeth is just as tired of the ladies at The View as they are of her! She feels she constantly has to defend herself,” a show insider revealed to The National Enquirer this week.
“Besides that, when she gets passionate about her opinions, the others make her look like she’s hysterical. But when she doesn’t talk enough, she’s accused of ‘pouting,” says the tattle.
Everytime this woman opens her mouth it’s like GOD gave nails on a chalkboard the ability to speak but that hasn’t stopped FOX from seeing Elisabeth as a sound business investment.

This girl has never had a hard life. I doubt that she never had a date,became a cheerleader or have the "perfect job". In Elizabeth's world pretty white girls rule and everybody else should just bow down. Her views are just an extension of what she has experienced in life. It's not her fault that there are people of color or ugly people. She did not make the world the way it is, but if she benefits from being a "pretty white girl" why not? Why would she want anyone else to benefit? With a more liberal, diverse and educated population, she and her kind would lose, then they could not just get by being white and good looking.

When you watch now, it seems that Barbara and Joy just roll their eyes when she opens her mouth and Whoopi is the most tolerant, but even she gets upset and tries to speak reasonably to her. I find that since I DVR the show to watch after work, I fast forward when the camera is on Elisabeth. I am sure she will make it big on Fox News!!

But I do not find it necessary to publicly show such disrespect for others and their beliefs. I do not necessarily care for the views of Elisabeth, but it is not bad to have a balanced debate. I am way more concerned about the sorts of comments I am seeing here. If this is a cross representation of the kind of people we have in this country right now it is no wonder we have as many problems as we do. Have we lost or forgotten an acceptable code of conduct? How about respect for others? The amount of misinformation being bandied about is frightening.
And if any of you are parents, I really fear the lessons you are teaching your children. We should be teaching tolerance, embracing differing views. It is possible to dislike someone without using disrespectful language (either in word choice or tone). I am absolutely appalled. This goes FAR beyond Elsabeth Hasselbeck. This is a public forum and the amount of disrespectful crap being spewed is astonishing to me. I don't care if you are a Republican or Democrat…it is this type of behavior, close mindedness, and disrespect for others, that is causing a lot of our problems. It is time to look at yourself. Not a celebrity TV show.

Now, I don't hate the view, but what hurts the show the most is, apt-ly, certain hosts' emotional instabilities – Hasselback not included. When Walters and Whoopi began harassing Glenn Beck for seemingly hours about how 'accurate' what he said was about them reserving seats or whatnot, I realized they're losing touch w/reality.
I still see The View as a decent and reputable show, I won't go on saying anything but that. Of course, episodes like with Glenn take a bite into the show's credibility, no question about it.
But what's Hasselback guilty of? First of all, I never noticed that it's her whose opinions aren't being 'heard,' I seen everyone else get interrupted plenty of times.
In Hasselback's case, she feels like a black sheep is what it is. She's younger and better looking, and may think it creates a dissension in the ranks. But that's more in her head as in reality. I'd still like to see her in a bikini just as much as Sheri ;) Sheri's hot too, though.
