Eliot Spitzer Slate.com Columnist

Eliot Spitzer’s landed a new gig.

Beginning early next year, the disgraced former Governor of New York will demonstrate his expertise on government regulation and finance as a columnist with Slate.com.

“He’s going to be doing a regular thing,” Slate Group editor-in-chief Jacob Weisberg tells the New York Observer.

Spitzer watched his career crumble last March after being caught in a $1,000 per-hour sex scandal with then-22-year-old call girl Ashley Dupre.
