Stuff just got real in Splitsville.

We hear former model Brandi Glanville is considering legal action against her husband’s “alleged” mistress, country crooner LeAnn Rimes. Glanville’s marriage to Hollywood hound Eddie Cibrian collapsed last month, following reports that the CSI: Miami star began dicking down Rimes on the set of their Lifetime movie Northern Lights last March.

Brandi — who is in Phase I of a divorce from Cibrian — has reportedly consulted her attorneys about filing a lawsuit against the “I Need You” singer for allienation of affection, breaking up her marriage, and causing mental and emotional anguish for her sons, Mason, 6, and Jake, 2.

In related news, on Tuesday, LeAnn announced that she and her husband of seven years, backup dancer Dean Sheremet, are also divorcing. The couple separated in July, and just last month, LeAnn was photographed on a golfing date with Cibrian.

What are your thoughts on this, guys?

We’re not condoning LeAnn’s behavior, but since when can you sue someone for being a ho? Ultimately, Brandi is married to Eddie. The person who owes her loyalty and fidelity is the person she exchanged vows with. Even if LeAnn was serving up puss on a platter, Eddie had a responsibility to his family to turn her down. He’s the one Brandi should be taking to the cleaners.
