Academy Award-winning screenwriter Lance Black is suing a Web site that published X-rated photos of him and a former lover earlier this year.

Black claims he thought the images of him and another man having unprotected sex had been deleted years ago. He filed a $3 million lawsuit against Starzlife.com and a man he claims stole the photos from an ex-boyfriend in California Central District Court on Tuesday. He is citing invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, and violation of the right of privacy.
