The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has joined the investigation into Michael Jackson’s death and the late singer’s alleged addiction to prescription drugs.

The DEA was asked to participate by the Los Angeles Police Department, a unidentified source has revealed to The Associated Press.

A killer surgical drug was reportedly among the cocktail of prescription drugs found at Jackson’s L.A. home after he passed away on June 25.
