In celebration of Paris Hilton’s 28th birthday, her new boyfriend, The Hills’ Doug Reinhardt purchased a teacup Pomeranian puppy for the heiress, PEOPLE reports.

“He probably got me more presents than any guy ever,” Paris said at a belated birthday celebration Saturday at the Hard Rock Hotel’s Body English in Las Vegas over the weekend. “He’s sweet.”
