Dr. Jan Adams was arrested and booked on March 31, 2006, after pleading no contest to DUI. His second drunk driving conviction. According to a report on CelebTV.com, Executive Director of the California Medical Board earlier this year asked the state of California to consider revoking or suspending Adams’ license, citing multiple DUI arrests, including one in March of 2006, for which Adams was ultimately found not guilty of driving under the influence, and guilty for driving with a blood alcohol content of higher than .08.
