Dom DeLuise Dies — Dom DeLuise Dead At 75
Oh sad times….Dom DeLuise has passed away.
The Golden Globe-nominated comic actor died Monday at a Los Angeles hospital, The Baltimore Sun has learned.
The noted cook and author- who penned several cooking guides and children’s books — is perhaps best-known for his work in Mel Brooks films like Blazing Saddles, Silent Movie, History Of The World Part One, Space Balls, and Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
Dom also co-starred with Burt Reynolds in films, including Cannonball Run, Smokey and The Bandit 2, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
I absolutely loved him as the voice of Itchy in All Dogs Go To Heaven – one of many childhood favorites.
Dom DeLuise was 75.
So long, Dom.
