Did Michael Jackson want his longtime pal and fellow singing legend Diana Ross to become the guardian of his three minor kids?

A source tells The Hollywood Reporter’s resident celebrity snitch Roger Friedman that Michael’s 2002 will — set to be filed in a Los Angeles Court Wednesday — states that he wants the “I’m Coming Out” singer to care for his children; Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7; if anything prevents his mother, Katherine Jackson, from doing so.

Michael and Diana were labelmates on the Motown Records imprint from the late 60s through the early ’80s. The pair went on to co-star together in the 1977 urban musical The Wiz.

we all knew there was no way MJ fathered those children. but that was MJ’s business but facts are facts which is the truth he was there real father i didnt see no one else playing the father role. I also feel that MJ was alone his whole life because no one understood him. America stressed MJ to a point which a normal person wouldnt know or understand just like america stressed Princess Di. I think the children should stay with katherine jackson with joe jackson ordered not to be within 10 miles of them. I think the former nanny should be hired to help katherine she is the only mother they have ever known, and she loves them, and they love her.dianna ross should never have custody of them , and debbie rowe is a disgrace to motherhood.she should not get the kids or any more money from michaels estate.she acts like a white trash witch.she is soooo ugly she would scare the children.

i think that whatever Michael wanted should happen.. they were his children after all Joe being 10 miles away…. he should be 50 miles away! if Diana Ross actually knows the children and they her… then they should have alot of contact . they should also have contact with close friends of Michael’s (ONCE we know it wasn’t infact murder or the murderer is outa site)

Micheal Jackson father is not as bad as people say,because he raised nine childre and one became a bad apple. Give him credit,for he was by MJ side when he went to court (walking side-by side). If was did bad father,why did MJ have him come to court. This man is a good father,especially,being a black man with nine children,and still with the family, because many black and white father would of left them to the welfare system. MJ got beheaded when he got famous and his father had to put his but in check. I think he would be an excellent father/grandfather. This man had never abandon his family when they need him.

I love both of these stars but i dont think his kids should stay with Diana. Kathrine and Joe, or janet should because the kids were close to there family members. I repeat again, I love both of these stars but I thought it was kinda werid and confusing how she didnt go to the funeral. He loved her but, im not sure if it would be a great idea for her to take custody. he was a very great man and god bless his beautiful children! <3
