Denise Richards is asking acourt to terminate ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s overnight privileges with the couple’s two daughters, Sam and Lola. The former Bond Girl claims her ex-husband still exhibits “inappropriate behavior… and conduct,” including “his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts.” (Didn’t Charlie Sheen unknowingly boink some sixteen year old on tape like twenty years ago? Or was that Rob Lowe? Ah, whatev-Wiki it. Being born in 1984 makes everything before 1990 a bit fuzzy.)

“Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls. She behaves as though she OWNS our children. She does not. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching. The truth will prevail. It always does,” the ‘Three and A Half Men’ star said in a statement to the Associated Press on Wednesday.

Charlie’s lawyer Lance Spiegel says: “Virtually all of these allegations were previously raised and were denied by Mr. Sheen. The parties have been operating under a existing custody agreement for more than a year, and during that period of time there was no attempt to resurrect any these allegations until Mr. Sheen requested the right to select his own child care provider.”

Denise claims Charlie Sheen and his new fiancée Brooke Mueller told her they “did it for the press… he wanted to get the cover of People and Us magazine.”

She also quoted alleged e-mails from Brooke where she apologizes for Charlie’s tirades against Denise:

“I truly believe he is acting like this…because he is upset about the engagement…Please don’t take anything he said personally. He’s just hurt and reacting with anger,” the alleged e-mail states.

Denise’s nanny Diana Alvarez entered a declaration against her employer’s ex in the court filing:

Diana claims she has witnessed Sheen hit the family dogs, and also claims the couple’s daughter Sam has told her Sheen has threatened to hit her.

He “yells… and routinely curses” in front of the children, the nanny says.
