After taking a beating on The View and the Today Show on Wednesday, Denise Richards is back on the morning chat show circuit, bringing her E! reality show promo campaign to Fox & Friends on Thursday morning. Denise got candid about her relationship with ex-husband Charlie Sheen and her famous fallout with ex-bestest Heather Locklear:

“Our friendship did not dissolve because of Richie….I met Heather through Charlie. Shortly after Charlie and I split, our friendship had dissolved. She had already filed for divorce, she was already involved with someone else when we got together. Richie and I remained friends. We were both vulnerable, going through a difficult divorce. It happened. I admit the timing was bad, but he’s an amazing man.”
