In October, Disney star Demi Lovato appeared at the 16th birthday party for tween queen Miley Cyrus, during which she was photographed with deep cuts on her left wrist.
So is the Camp Rock star into self-mutilation or what?
Well, the cutting allegations are getting a resounding NO! from the singer’s rep, Lillian Matulic.
“These allegations are completely false.”
Demi was wearing several tight plastic bracelets earlier that day which “left indentations on her wrist.”

I know Demi will never read this, but all I want to say is…
Cutting doesn't help anything. Yeah, it relieves the emotional pain, but think about it, eventually the emotional pain will go away and you'll forget about it. Scars never fade. Everytime you look at your wrists you'll think about what pushed you to the deep end.
Try counsiling. That helped me. But just stop cutting. Cutting leads to worse things and you won't be the bubbly person you are now. Trust me, I know.
Don't hide the fact you're cutting being open about it helps too.
I'm pretty sure a lot of people have gone through self-mutilation but YOU'RE A ROLEMODEL FOR KIDS. I wouldn't want to see my 11 year old sister cutting because she saw you're scars on your wrist.

Many people cut from past trauma’s. How do you know something like that has never happened to her? And don’t tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about. I do. And even if she was cutting, how is that your business? People need to stay out of celebrity’s personal lives and focus on their own. Give them some space to breath!! They are people, just like you and I.

This is NOT from cutting. My sister used to cut and it left scars that were deep and a much darker red. This happended to me a few years back due to the bracelets being WAY too tight my mom thought I was cutting due to my sister but he explained that the blood circulation in my hand was getting cut off. The welps and bruises looked just like that and stayed for the rest off the day. I would not be worried it looks just like my arm. No worries, Demi Lovato is fine. If she is cutting I heard she just went to seek help for Emotional reasons. I think being a celebrity is getting to hard for her.

It's a form of suicide! I lot of people don't know it, but it is. When you cut the vein, you bleed and bleed until you loose too much blood and die. I'm so glad that Jo stopped, because now she is still recovering and very pale and she said the doctor said if it lasted much longer, she would've died.
I hate even the very thought of people making fun of others for habits that are this affective! I used to have this subconscious habit of pulling out my eyelashes and eyebrows and I didn't even know about it. People laughed at me and made fun of me. And that was before my habit! People can be mean, if anybody knows it it's Demi, who went through being bullied when she was younger. But that's no reason to come up with bad habits that could get you killed. Talk about it. I did, and now all my eyelashes are back and Jo did and her scars are still there, but they look like dog claw marks. Meaning they're much better.
To Demi or somebody who can tell her this: There is nothing wrong with having stress in your life. But cutting isn't the answer, it'll only spark up more stress. I know you and Selena have been best friends since you were on Barney together, so I bet you can tell her anything. Talk to her about it. Don't be so embarrassed about it, it's very common. But it's not good. Please, you're my BFF's roe-model and she actually cried when she saw this picture. My friend Kolachuisen (native American name) is comforting her right now but she's still balling her eyes out. I would hate it if she cut because she saw your scars, so please. Do something about our stress, but not this or any other physical harming habits for that matter. <:-(
