Whitney Port, one of the stars of MTV’s The Hills, will appear in her own reality show on the network following her fashion-related job venture to the Big Apple this Fall. But celebrity insiders close to the twenty-three year old style maven say fame has already gone to her head.

The blonde behaved like a real brat at a May 24th party at the Social Life Estate in New York’s Hamptons, one Star Magazine spy claims. Whitney received $14,000 to appear at the event celebrating her cover on the posh high-society, but she wasn’t a very good hostess; showing up late to the affair and refusing to mingle with guests once she did make her grand entrance.

“Whitney acted like she thought she was the world’s biggest celebrity,” a Star Magazine snitch says. “She just sat on a couch drinking Peroni berr and texting all night.”
