Debbie Rowe Will Attend Michael Jackson Memorial Service
Debbie Rowe — mother to Michael Jackson’s two eldest children –will reportedly attend the King of Pop’s public memorial service on Tuesday.
Former business associate to Jackson, Marc Schaffel, told ABC’s Good Morning America that Rowe is confirmed for VIP seats to the event.
“Debbie will attend. We just got confirmation last night from the people who are handling the VIP seats that they do have Debbie’s seats and she will be attending,” Schaffel said of Tuesday’s memorial at the Staples Center.
“There has been outreach, unfortunately, like so many cases, there’s so much going on that they just have not been able to make contact,” he continued. “There were several tries, just for the fact of phone numbers that had changed, you know, answering machines that were full. Contact had not been able to happen prior.”
Rowe is in the beginning stages of a custody battle with Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson.
