Kelly Frank, arrested in March 2005 on allegations he was plotting to kidnap talk show host David Letterman’s young son and nanny from the comedian’s Montana home, has escaped from Montana state custody. The kidnapping charges were later dropped, but the handyman was sentenced to ten years for overcharging D.L on painting work.

Kelly and another inmate left the prison grounds while on a work detail outside the prison fence, Officials were informed they were missing around 4:20 p.m. on Friday-the convicts have not been seen since.
