Paris Hilton’s little sister will wed for the second time this Winter.

Heiress Nicky Hilton, 25, and her boyfriend of two years, David Katzenberg, are planning to tie the knot between December and January, according to a scoop from Star Magazine.

“They want it to take place after the Christian and Jewish holidays.”

The pair, were overheard chatting about their marriage plans at a restaurant in Los Angeles earlier this month.
