A Los Angeles judge has temporarily revoked David Hasselhoff’s right to visit his children following the leaking of a videotape of the actor drunk was released to the media.

The footage shows plastered David eating a hamburger off the floor. The “America’s Got Talent” judge is currently only allowed telephone contact with his kids.

The judge will hold a hearing on May 21st to determine how the tape will affect his long-term rights.
