Former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff has been rushed to a Los Angeles-area hospital after the actor was found passed out in his Encino, California mansion on Friday.

“Paramedics were called to the (address omitted) in Encino for medical aid,” Los Angeles City Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott told RadarOnline.com this evening. “Paramedics arrived at approximately 11:51 am and later transported the patient a nearby hospital.”

The entertainer-turned-America’s Got Talent judge has a long history of alcoholism and has allegedly been hospitalized for alcohol poisoning twice in the past year.
