David Caruso has been slammed with a lawsuit from former girlfriend Liza Marquez.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, the CSI: Miami star is accused of emotionally abusing the mother of his two children by asking her to terminate her first pregnancy, accusing her of wanting to sleep with Billy Dee Williams, and threatening to strike her during her second pregnancy.

Liza also contends that David is a pornography addict, who kept a “stash” of ’70s porn locked away in his bedroom.
