Egads! H&M will debut the launch of its new David Beckham Bodywear Collection with a 30-second ad spot during next month’s Super Bowl.
The soccer sportsman has teamed up with the Swedish-based retail giant to launch a new collection of men’s bodywear that will go on sale Feb. 2, 2012. The line will be available in 1,800 H&M stores in approximately 40 countries worldwide.
Beckham — former spokes-crotch for Emporio Armani Underwear — announced his partnership with H&M in July, noting that he was “extremely positive” about his designs.
“In H&M we have found the perfect partner to collaborate with going forward. I’m excited and looking forward to showcasing the range to H&M customers.”
The Super Bowl will air live from Indianapolis on Feb. 5.
