In pictures posted on RadarOnline.com, the 34 year old can be seen taking both hands off the wheel as he clutches the device — breaking a law banning the use of handheld phones behind the wheel. The news comes just a week after California’s First Lady Maria Shriver was caught chatting on her cell while driving.
