David Beckham is so afraid of losing his noteworthy good looks he is doing everything in his power to maintain his youthful appearance.

“David has turned crazy insecure. He is constantly telling Victoria he is scared of going bald, or if he spots a hint of a paunch on his midsection then he hits the gym for an hour. David is so vain – he can’t stand the thought of growing into a fat, bald old man,” a Beckham told Times of London on Friday.
