The family of Heath Ledger have renounced all claims to the late actor’s estate. Instead, Heath’s $18 million fortune will go to his Matilda Rose Ledger, his two-year daughter with actress Michelle Williams.

The Brokeback Mountain star’s parents and sisters were the key beneficiaries of his will, which did not name his daughter because it was written before her birth.

“There is no claim. Our family has gifted everything to Matilda,” Heath’s dad Kim tells The Sunday Times.
