Danielle Staub Sex Tape Lawsuit
Danielle Staub has taken legal action against a former boyfriend who allegedly videotaped her having sex with him without her knowledge.
Onn Wednesday, an attorney for the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member, filed a suit on Staub’s behalf alleging invasion of privacy, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, The Associated Press reports. According to AP, the 45-year-old mother of two was videotaped and photographed having sex without her knowledge by her ex Steve Zalewski, 26.
In the June 29 issue of Star Magazine, Steve claimed that Danielle was an animal in the sack, who routinely had sex with him in public places and allowed him to videotape the two of them in engaging in sex acts. Steve even cops to having vids of Danielle masturbating. Ok, gross!
“I almost feel sorry for him that [he] needs that kind of attention, you gotta grab mine,” she says of Steve, who also appeared on the show. “We had a consensual relationship but what he is doing is unconsensual. I can’t let my daughters be damaged by that.”
Danielle Staub has come underfire from her fellow Housewives after it was revealed that she is a former prostitute with a rap sheet that includes cocaine trafficking, kidnapping, and extortion.

As a volunteer in a women’s prison I know all too well that one seemingly minor slip up or bad decision can ruin someone’s life. If not by the grace of God, anyone of us could find ourselves in similar situations – we just didn’t get caught. Leave her alone! Hopefully she’s learned from her mistakes. The other “NJ Housewives” need to worry about their own problems with their own families. They certainly have zero room to criticize others!
As for this Steve person, he needs to be taught some manners (as do the other NJ Housewives). Everyone is so quick to call Danielle a “whore” and tear her to pieces. What if someone exposed the worse part of your past??? Yea, now that’s a different story isn’t it?
