Billy Ray Cyrus Tish Cyrus Divorce! Miley Cyrus’ Parents Split
Fall — It is not the season for lovers.
Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, the parents of controversial teen superstar Miley Cyrus, are divorcing after 17 years of marriage, the former couple announced in a joint statement Wednesday.
Divorce is in the air! Hot on the heels of the Courteney Cox/David Arquette split (and the Xtina Aguilera/Jordan Bratman breakup, while we’re at it) — comes the news that The Cyruses are calling it quits too. Divorce papers filed in Tennessee today cite the ever-popular “irreconcilable differences” as the culprit for the split.
“As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”
The couple have five children, including the “Party In The USA” singer and former Metro Station frontman Trace Cyrus.

SO sorry I will be praying for you, u r a great girl don’t blame this divorce on u. My friend kept blaming herself and she kept losing her faith until one night she was on you tube and she the song The Climb, she clicked on it and watched all she did was crying because she felt like she was going through a battle and had to climg to the top.
