New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez and his wife of five years, Cynthia Rodriguez, will file for divorce in Miami-Dade County Family Court on Monday morning. Cynthia walked out on her marriage last week amidst claims her third baseman husband has been having an affair with singer Madonna. The relationship with Madonna is just one in a string of A-Rod’s cheating scandals, Cynthia says.

She can no longer tolerate his cheating with a string of beauties, the New York Daily News wrote Monday.

“She has reached the end of her ability to tolerate his continued marital misconduct,” Cynthia’s divorce lawyer Earle Lilly told the NYDN. “As a baseball player, the guy’s terrific. This is the game of real life, and that’s where he’s not going to make the all-star team. As a parent and as a husband, he’s not going to get voted in.”
