The real thing here is that this contestant is ridiculous. His act was blatantly offensive and the fact that he would claim to posess some kind of power that ultimately linked him to the supernatural world is just plain false.

Criss challenged him and Uri to make the point that they couldn’t guess what was inside the envelope to prove that all of the magic is an illusion. Probably because Criss was personally offended by the way this contestant presented himself and tried to portray himself as some kind of supreme mentalist. Not to mention the guys overacting was so cheesy it made me laugh! comical indeed.

A lot of you people need to realize that this show is about illusion. All of the common day magic and mysticism is all illusion. That is the whole point. And for those of you trying to say that Criss Angel is just trying to present himself as a modern day Houdini, you are all asses. Criss highly admires Houdini, so what is wrong if he is inspired by him and in some cases tries to follow his examples? IF any of you actually WATCHED Criss show you would realize that he has an episode every season where he tries to expose fakers!

So obviously this guy was clearly a phony because for a million dollars, why didn’t he use his AMAZING connection with this “dead author” to get himself 100,000,000 dollars richer.

gimme a break.
Stop criticizing Criss Angel.
