Courtney Love Threatening Lawsuit Over Kurt Cobain Guitar Hero Game
Eccentric singer Courtney Love is threatening legal action against game giant Activision — who brought her late husband, rocker Kurt Cobain, back to life for the latest edition of Guitar Hero.

The firm created a Cobain character for Guitar Hero 5, which arrived in stores September 1. In the game, the late Nirvana star appears alongside fellow legend’s Jimi Hendrix and Johnny Cash.
Activision claims it received the green light from the rocker’s bandmates and widow Love, who is one of the shareholders in Cobain’s estate, before featuring him in the game. However, Courtney insists she didn’t approve the use of Cobain’s image — and has taken to her Twitter.com page to warn Activision of a pending lawsuit.
“For the record this Guitar Hero shit is breach of contract on a Bullys (sic) part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction,” a furious Courtney wrote. “We are going to sue the shit out of Activision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises.”

Hey, dudes, CL can't be held to anything she agreed to when she was stoned and we all know that that is a 24/7, 365 day thing with this girl… Doubtless her attorney firm acted in her best interest since they couldn't get her to answer the damn phone..
