Courtney Love has hit back at the lawsuit filed against her by credit card firm American Express. Courtney denies owing AMEX more than $350,000 on Gold Card and accuses them of allowing fraudulent transactions to be made using her account.

In a press statement released Thursday, Courtney’s lawyer says: “AMEX knows the claim has no merit. We have told them this for a long time. AmEx’s law policies allowed fraudulent transactions to be charged to my client’s card.”
