Last week marked the twenty-sixth anniversary of the birth of America’s favorite semem slurping socialite.
Since her B-Day Bash, complete with jackasses and monkeys, failed to make an impression on the masses in Sin City to celebrate All-Star Weekend, Paris Hilton had a small belated birthday dinner with friends Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, and Courtney Love on Saturday night.
