Courtney Love American Express Lawsuit — Courtney Love Owes Credit Card Company $350,000
And you thought you had cashflow problems.
On Wednesday, American Express filed a lawsuit against Courtney Love in the US District Court in Los Angeles, alleging the former Hole star “failed and refused to make payments” on her bill.
Legal papers claim the rocker owes $352,059.67 in unpaid charges and fees on her Amex Gold Card – which has since been suspended by the company.
The singer recently launched a lawsuit of her own, accusing fraudsters of buying a $290 million office block using the identities of her and her late husband, Kurt Cobain. Courtney believes she has been robbed of $45 million cash and $705 million worth of assets which were left to her when the Nirvana star committed suicide in 1994.
