Republican Rep. Joe Wilson of South Carolina is apologizing for heckling President Obama during his passionate address on healthcare reform in front of a joint session of Congress on Wednesday.

Vice-President Joe Biden is at least one politican calling for disciplinary action against the congressman, calling Wilson’s outburst “an embarrassment to the institution.”
