We reportedly incorrectly that Adele would perform at the Golden Globes but now we have OFFICIAL word that the superstar will perform at the Oscars. Adele, who took home her first Golden Globe earlier this month for Skyfall, the theme song for the most recent James Bond installment starring Daniel Craig.

The BBC News-beat confirmed the news after the Academy Awards’ official Twitter feed has posted: “Best 4 Words Ever: Adele Performing At #Oscars.” This will be the Rolling in the Deep’s singer first live performance in over a year. The Oscars will air live on February 24th.
