Conan O’Brien Head Injury On “The Tonight Show” (VIDEO)
Wow, Conan really did take a hard hit to the head. After injuring his head and sustaining a concussion while performing a stunt for The Tonight Show last Friday, Conan O’Brien returned to work Monday night and joked about the accident with his sidekick Andy.
Conan injured his head when he slipped and fell during a stunt with guest Teri Hatcher and joked about the media attention he received during his first night back, saying: “So tune in tomorrow when Eva Longoria [Parker] pushes me down an elevator shaft.”
He joked that after his head injury he “actually understood the plot of ‘Lost.’”
“As many of you may know, on this past Friday’s show I was doing a stunt and I hit my head and suffered a slight concussion. And I promise, if you’re a good audience, I’ll do it again tonight,” Conan said while taping his monologue on Monday.
