Actress Christina Applegate posed nude before undergoing a double masectomy so that she will always remember the breasts she lost to cancer earlier this year.

The star of the popular ABC comedy Samantha Who? posed for a series of private nude photographs during a private ceremony at her home on the night of her surgery.

Christina had both breasts removed in a successful bid to treat her breast cancer.

“I did my first and last nudie photo shoot at home,” she revealed on Tuesday’s edition of The Oprah Winfrey Show. “I made sure that I have close-up photographs of them from every angle, so I can kind of remember them.”
