Christian Bale will not face charges over an alleged assault on his mother and sister in a London hotel room last month.

The 34-year-old Welsh-born actor was arrested last month after allegedly pushing and shoving his mother, Jenny 61, and sister Sharon, 40, in his suite at London’s Dorchester Hotel one day before attending the European premiere of The Dark Knight.

According to British tabloid reports, prosecutors have recommended The Dark Knight star be cautioned rather than charged over the allegations-meaning he will not face charges.

“Bale will have to admit guilt to get a caution when he answers bail next month…Cops can still charge him if he refuses.”
