Rihanna has rekindled her volatile romance with accused batterer Chris Brown–but not without some “parameters.”

We hear Chris and Rihanna have signed a contractual agreement that would result in a major payday for Ri-Ri if the “Kiss Kiss” singer assaults her again. (Provided he doesn’t kill her next time…)

The accused woman beater has reportedly agreed to pay Rihanna ”as much as $10 million” and possibly more ”if he as much as squeezes her arm the wrong way.”

On April 6, Chris will be arraigned on two felony charges of domestic violence in connection with a Feb. 8 brawl with Rihanna, during which he is accused of punching, biting, and threatening to kill the “Umbrella” stunner.

SMH….We need to get Rihanna into some good therapy.
