Chris Brown Will Not Perform During Michael Jackson Tribute Concert Vienna
Despite previously published reports — and an official confirmation from Jermaine Jackson — controversial crooner Chris Brown will not perform during a tribute concert to the late King of Pop in Vienna later this month.
A rep for the singer tells E! that Chris — who is on probation for assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna — never agreed to join the all-star lineup, featuring Mary J. Blige, Natalie Cole, and Akon, who will pay tribute to his idol in a concert Sept. 26.
“Chris is not confirmed to perform or participate in any capacity for this show,” the publicist for Brown’s label tells E! News.
