Chris Brown plans to plead not guilty to charges he battered his pop singer girlfriend, Rihanna, during a heated argument on Feb. 8, RadarOnline has learned.

The 19-year-old is due in a Los Angeles court for arraignment Monday for allegedly biting, choking and punching the “Umbrella” hitmaker on the morning of the 2009 Grammy Awards.

Last month, Brown was slapped with two felony charges of assault and making criminal threats.
