Chris Brown Facebook Response: “You’ll Begin To See Her True Colors!”
Rihanna has officially been dumped–and on Facebook no less!
On Thursday, disgraced R&B cronner Chris Brown announced that is ending his volatile relationship with the Barbados-born lovely in a message on his private Facebook page.
Chris allegedly assaulted the singer–leaving her with what police describe as “horrific injuries–” just hours before the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles last weekend. Last Sunday, the 19-year-old star was arrested and booked on charges of making criminal threats. He has been released on bond.
Chris changed his relationship single on the page, which is listed under his full name Christopher Maurice Brown.
He also writes: “You’ll begin to see her true colors. Believe it!”
I’ve tried to be unbiased about this very serious situation, because everyone is innocent until proven guilty and we simply don’t know what happened that night. But this statement really pisses me off! Young Mr. Brown needs to grab a chair and sit his ass down!
He has the brazen audacity to blame her for his actions?! If you’re dating a person who doesn’t have the good sense that God gave a billygoat, then you dump them. What you don’t do is go around behaving like a vicious little monster because your girlfriend is nagging you, accusing you of cheating on her, giving you STDs, or making remarks that you don’t like. (All of which have been cited as reasons for the assault.) Unless she hit him first or threatened his life, he had no business putting his hands on her.
And the young women who come here defending this type of behavior with co-signing comments designed to vilify Rihanna need to buy a clue. Just because you like the kid’s music doesn’t mean that you should go on a champagne campaign in defense of him hitting an unarmed woman. You are an embarrassment! He deserves what he’s got coming to him. End of discussion.

alright well this is what i have to say.
Granted that what he did was wrong, and he should have not put his hands on her the way that he did. However, there is no way that a man of his age and or calibre would do something like that unless he was provoked. No one but those two were there that night so no one but those two. There is always to side to a story. why are we only hearing about what he did and not what she did. I am a very big fan of Chris Brown, and i also like Rihanna, but face the fact’s people make mistakes every one is human. So dont bash a person for there mistake’s becasue no one should do it to you. He’s owning up to his responsiblity so dont bust his ball’s, It could have been worse. it’s alson funny how other stories are taken lighter than other’s all around the world there are stories of domestic violent and assault on people and other things, i wish those stories got as much publicity and air time as these of the stars.
thank you

Good for you for standing firm on this issue! I loved Chris Brown’s music, but I cant for the life of me think of any reason a person could find to inflict that kind of violence on another person. It wouldnt be acceptable if she did it to him, and its not acceptable that he did it to her. His comment on facebook only goes to prove his lack of respect and complete disregard for his actions. Thank you for saying what you did.

The media has blown this out of proportion and it’s sad that the media outlets are profiting from somebody getting beat up and her attacker that obviously needs to seek help for the sick things he has done to her. My dad did this to my mom for years and we were too scared to say a thing about it because we were little. When she couldn’t take no more, she left and I was glad she did. She told us even if a man attempts to hit us, leave right away or as soon as you can. Rihanna said he had done this to her before, so why did she stay with him? Why didn’t the close friends or celebs that speaking up now about his earlier behavior didn’t say anything before now? Just because he changed his status to single and said what he did, doesn’t mean that he blames her for what he did to her. There goes the media again with their thoughtless opinions. I know he wish he could take back the hands of time, he would handle things differently, but he can’t, so he is going to have to take responsibility for what he’s done and face the consequences of beating that lady up. He let rage get the best of him, instead of walking away and now he’s got to face the music.

the sad story is that people think that domestic violence has anything to do with logic , money, and “reasonable” thought. Someone commented that they couldn’t believe someone of chris browns “caliber” and “maturity” would ever do something as horrible as beat up his girfriend.
Domestic violence knows no bounds, it is not subject to education, income, or class. Rich people can be just as violent and abusive as poor people. men who abuse oiften have problems controlling their behavior whether or not they are educated. Abused women often stay with thier abusers due to a psychological and emotional attachment to their attackers. Physical abuse is often accompanied my mental and emotional abuse, that leaves the victim dependent on the approval and mood swings of their attacker.
i am sad for her, and afraid for her safety. Chris brown’s marriage proposal is impulsive and apologetic, as abusers often are. They often love their victims, even as they hurt them, but have insecurtiies and control issues to a psychotiuc level, and need help.
I hope they both get help:
often things just keep getting worse until the victim is beaten so badly they realize that thier life or the li\ves of their children are in danger. The sad state of affairs is that Chris Brown could have easily killed Rhianna, and then those leaked pictures of A brused and battered rhianna could have been from her autopsy.
p before we have to have to talk up another rnb tragedy.
