Tiger’s childhood friend Bryon Bell — president of Woods’ golf course design company, Tiger Woods Design — purchased the plane ticket for New York City party hostess Rachel Uchitel to secretly join the golfer Down Under last month, according to a report from TMZ.com.

The golf legend — was in Australia to compete in the Australian Masters, which he won — asked Bell to use a credit card to book a ticket for Uchitel, TMZ spies have learned. He also booked a room for Uchitel at the Crown Towers Hotel in Melbourne. Uchitel publicly denied any romance with Woods after she was first linked to the billionaire, but has reportedly since acknowledged the seven month affair.
