Cheryl Burke, a two-time champ and one of the most popular professional dancers featured on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday night, TV Guide reports.

Cheryl, who won the “Dancing” title twice, was unable to perform at the Seattle stop on the group’s thirty-seven-date tour.

“Last night, during run-through, I was cramping and in pain,” Cheryl told TVGuide.com. “I couldn’t even stand up straight.”

Burke was rushed to a hospital where she was told she may have appendicitis.

“I hope it doesn’t require surgery,” she said.
