Charlie Sheen has lost his damn mind. The Three and A Half Men star recently threatened to “punch out” American Idol host, a friend of more than a decade, Ryan Seacrest over Ry’s executive producer duties on the new Denise Richards reality show. Charlie has been very vocal about his opposition to having his daughters with Denise, Sam and Lola, put on display on the beauty’s E! series, which will debut this Summer.

“He thinks it’s wrong for Ryan to be exploiting the kids,” a Sheen source tells The National Enquirer.

After receiving a number of pesky calls from Charlie, Ryan finally told his old pal. “I’m sorry, but this isn’t about friendship, it’s just business.”

“Charlie screamed at him: ‘How could you do this to me? How can you allow my children to be used….?”

The insider explains: “Charlie says he better not see Ryan on the street because he won’t be able to control his temper. He’ll let his fists do the talking!”
