Charles Manson Ex Fiancee Wants him in Glass Crypt?

In a bizzare twist even for Charles Manson, his ex-fiancée apparently only wanted to marry him to get her hands for his corpse.

Manson was engaged to a woman who is 53 years junior to him. Her agreement to marry him was all a part of a wild scheme in an attempt to profit by his death by putting his corpse on public display for all to pay to see, says the author of an upcoming book on Manson.

A journalist, Daniel Simone is claiming that Manson’s ex-fiancée who is is a 27-year-old, whose legal name is Afton Elaine Burton, but is known by the name Star, sought to wed the infamous murderer who had masterminded the murder of Sharon Tate along with eight others for the sole purpose of gaining possession of Mason’s corpse.

Burton and her friend Craig Hammond, planned to exhibit Manson’s dead body in a crypt made of glass, Simone says. The two of them figured this bizarre display of Manson’s remains would draw an enormous crowd and therefore make them a lot of money.

Manson who is now 80 years old , no longer wishes to marry Burton and he has no interest what so ever in spending his eternity in a glass coffin on display. “He’s finally realized that he’s been played for a fool,” Simone told The Post. Manson feels Burton’s plan is unrealistic since he believes himself to be immortal. “He feels he will never die,” Simone said. “Therefore, he feels it’s a stupid idea to begin with.”

Manson’s and Burton’s marriage license expired Thursday. A statement posted on Burton’s and Hammond’s website state, “They plan on renewing the license, and things will move forward in the coming months.”

The site says that the wedding was postponed “due to an unexpected interruption in logistics.” About two months ago Manson entered a prison medical facility for treatment of an infection.

Simone doesn’t believe that Manson ever intended to marry Burton. “Manson never consented to the wedding in the first place and never will,” he said.
