An all-star cast of musicians is being lined up to record a tribute cover of Michael Jackson’s track “Will You Be There/Hold Me.”

John Mayer, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Usher, Dionne Warwick, Wyclef Jean, and Jermaine Jackson are among the musical stars reportedly laying down vocals for the remake — masterminded by Shawn King, wife of CNN’s Larry King — according to TMZ.com.

Proceeds from the sale of the recording will benefit The Larry King Cardiac Foundation and a second unspecified charity supported by MJ.
